We are pleased to present the latest rendition of the ever-evolving AUUA Guidebook, a compendium of helpful resources to guide and inspire the work of administrators, secretaries, office managers, and ministers of small congregations who have administrative responsibilities. We hope that this edition of the Guidebook will continue to be a vital, current, constantly-expanding resource to help us establish successful administrative procedures. As in the past, the Guidebook is not intended to be the authoritative last word in proper church administration, nor can we provide an exhaustive treatment of these topics. However, the Guidebook can steer you in the right direction to excellent resources, great ideas, creative solutions, and uplifting support.
The AUUA Guidebook is a compilation of how-to resources from the experience of UU administrators and the members of the Association of Unitarian Universalist Administrators.
