Learn the basics, as well as seasoned tips on how to operate the church office from those who do it professionally. Lots of handouts. Question and answer period.

Does your congregation communicate effectively? What role does an effective staff team play in modeling good communication, good behavior, and a healthy church? A panel of staff: Minister, Religious Educator, Administrator, Musician, and Community Minister will discuss the makings of an effective staff meeting and the importance of having a staff covenant.
